Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fairy Therapist service and website. By subscribing or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Fairy Therapist is operated by registered Developmental Educator, Kylie Izquierdo (ABN: 17795088757).

1. Service Description

Fairy Therapist is a 10-week therapeutic subscription that includes weekly themed letters, child activities, parent support videos, outcome tracking, and optional check-in calls.

2. NDIS Funding

Fairy Therapist can be purchased using NDIS funds under:

Support Item: 15_056_0128_3_3 – Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living.

It is the responsibility of participants to confirm eligibility with their plan manager or support coordinator.

3. Program Delivery

● Delivered over 10 weeks via post

● Includes 3 x 15-minute complimentary support calls to assist with implementation

● Progress tracking and a final outcome summary are included

4. Payments and Cancellations

● Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement and invoice

● Refunds may be granted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

● You may provide two weeks notice to [email protected] if you wish to cancel your program

5. Use of Materials

All materials (including letters, videos, and illustrations) are protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed without permission from Fairy Therapist.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fairy Therapist is designed to support social and emotional skill-building but does not replace clinical or medical advice. Kylie Izquierdo and affiliated team members are not liable for outcomes outside the program scope.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the program indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.
